Connage Highland Dairy is a family-run business established in 2006 at Ardersier, near Inverness. Using traditional techniques and milk from our own cows, we make a range of delicious organic vegetarian cheeses.
Also at the dairy, there are retail outlets, The Cheese Pantry/Cheesemonger and Connage Express Vending, a welcome extension to the core cheesemaking business.
Animal welfare, taking care of the stunning environment surrounding the farm, and ensuring sustainability are just as important as the quality of the cheese we make and the customer satisfaction which we constantly strive to deliver.
